The more confident I became, the more I was recognized as a leader. And before I knew it, my life looked totally different.

My own personal perspective is that we are all intuitively drawn to the things that will benefit us. I'm a big believer in trusting my internal guidance and intuition. If this course feels interesting or compelling to you on an intuitive level, or if you just feel drawn to it, then it likely contains information, insights, or knowledge that you're seeking. I've always trusted my intuition and it's never led me astray.
The community forum is an online message board where you can connect with and speak to other members in the course. You'll retain access to this community forever, even upon completion of the course! This means that you'll get to connect with other like-minded women currently enrolled in the course as well as alumni. This is a great opportunity to connect with like minded women to build your network or just to make new friends.
The group coaching meetings are live, virtual events hosted by Chealsea. These events are meant to further create a sense of community among the members enrolled in the course. The first meeting will take place 3 weeks after the course has dropped. The 2nd meeting will take place 2 weeks after that, and the 3rd meeting, 2 weeks after that, and so on. These intervals are meant to give members plenty of time to work through the content so that they can come to the meetings ready to discuss the content. The expectation is that members will work through one module per week, but it's also totally fine to complete the content at your own pace.
Each video is anywhere from 30 minutes to 50 minutes. Videos consist of Chealsea talking through a given topic, sharing her own personal experience and perspective on a topic, as well as techniques and reflections for applying the concepts in a given topic to your own life.
The homework exercises are primarily reflections meant to help you process the concepts in the course. The recommendation is that you spend 15 to 20 minutes on each exercise, although you could spend more time if you feel a particular topic deserves more attention.
The expectation is that you'll complete one module per week, but of course you can consume the content at your own pace, if that works better for you. If you're pressed for time, you can listen to the courses on your phone when in your car or on public transit; you can also set aside some focus time at home to sit and listen to each module, which is the recommended option. The reason for completing one module per week is because the community meetings will be focused on the content from the previous weeks' modules, so keeping a pace of one module per week ensures that everyone has the same context when we meet.
Yes you absolutely can; however, this isn't recommended for the reasons mentioned above. Things happen in life though, so there may be times when you aren't able to make it through the content prior to the community meetings. Please don't let that stop you from attending the meeting if that ever happens!
Yes! There are some really deep concepts in this course and the personal explorations require a lot of introspection and deep reflection. I personally work through these concepts on a regular basis, even now. The interesting thing is, the more you think about this stuff, the deeper you'll be able to go into your own personal development. It will be beneficial to revisit the content at different points in your life because you'll see and process things differently, and therefore come away with new insights and perspectives.
